Good luck on your new start! At this time we don’t have any new felt stockings to make. She has made all that she had in her stash. LOL. But one huge time lapse would be fun to do on one.

Don’t give up. The more you do, the faster you get and the more perfect those pieces look after doing several of the same type. It’s something to hand down to family that will be treasured.

Hi wow I am way behind. Stacy your videos are amazing and appreciated. I wonder if you could get your Mother to do a stocking video. She is truly a wonderful creator and blessing. She is the reason I have a whole studio full of Bucilla stockings. I love it. I am 78 years young and have always loved to hand sew. (I know everyone thinks I am nuts) the stockings are the best of my love of hand sewing. Did she have a favorite"? Did she have one that was a pain? Did she do any other than Bucilla and have an opinion. Did she use anything unusual. Please tell her I am so very grateful she shared so I could begin my journey. Rose, this is Jan, Staci’s mom, replying to you. I have several favorites… Christmas Morning (Raggedy Ann with teddy bear), the wise men with Mary, Joseph and the baby (don’t know the name of this one), the pirate, and any of them with snowmen. All of them had challenges but not what I would consider a pain to work with. All but one are Bucilla brand. After working with the other brand, I will only buy Bucilla. I stuff the pieces that I think would look the best even if it isn’t a piece that the instructions tell you to stuff. I think the stockings are the best of my hand sewing skills also.
