Sir in case of PRI uh nowhere mentioned the RBI CIRCULAR which says that if gone for studies abroad then it will be PROI..This is because students usually start working there.

Since employment is integral part of the visit, the said person would qualify for PROI. apply the logic mentioned in additional condition for section 2(v) for the exclusions of PRI and you will know it without refering the circular by RBI.
