Sir - you need to work on your conversations with women, and with people in general. It's not just about asking questions. It's also about telling stories in an engaging way, and talking about your own observations and reflections about your past experiences, about the world around you in the here and now, about your imagination. It's about generating playful and humorous banter. Listening to, paying attention to, and feeding off of/reflecting back what the other person says in interesting and playful ways. All this takes a lot of practice and paying attention to other people's communication and their responses to you. Plus, with women you're sexually interested in, you've got to learn to notice her non-verbal signs of interest and arousal, and you've got to sexually escalate - i.e. you've got to convey your interest in her both verbally and non-verbally (with body language and with touch).
