Maybe it's just me, but while most famous Vocaloid producers are guys, a lot of the cover artists who sing popular Vocaloid covers are girls. REOL, Raon Lee, 96Neko, Rachie, JubyPhonic, Lollia, Ado, Lizz Robinett, etc. Heck, Asami Shimoda (Rin and Len's VA) has an entire album of her just singing covers of popular Rin and Len songs.

I was part of a staff for a convention in south Georgia called Tiger Con. We have worked with Empath-P (VA for Diana) a number of times. Aki is such a sweetheart and her passion for running concerts is unmatched! She even designed/created a model for our character mascot "Tora" for the convention so that she can dance and sing with the vocaloids during the show! Shes straight up 🔥 shes going to run our vocaloid concert this year aswell!

She's done the illustration for 4 DECO*27 albums, (Lovegazer, Sou Ai Sei Ri Ron, Aimai Elegy, DECO*27 2008-2012 VOCALOID COLLECTION), she did the PV and illustration for many DECO*27 songs such as "Stickybug," "Torinoaiuta," "Ai think so", "More Than You, Less Than Me," and "Boku no Namae wa" among others. She also did the PV for the Kuwagata-P songs "Kimi no Taion" and "Puzzle." I think she has also done many more PV's for Kuwagata-P. The first female producer I thought of was Pepoyo and I‘m pretty surprised she‘s not on the list, given her popularity! She may not be very well known within the English community, but she wrote the euthanasia song, which became huge thanks to the animation memes and stuff.

It would be cool if you did a video for nonbinary/gender non-conforming producers too!! I can think of a couple eng producers like Vane and Ghost (although they mainly use SynthV's lately) and I think Crusher is nonbinary as well! There's def more I just can't think of them at the moment :'D

I don't know why, but I find it unexpectedly funny that the lyrics to some of the most perverted Len songs were not written by a man. On a completely other note, I am also intrigued as to why music production in general, not just Vocaloid production, tends to be male-dominated. It's wayyy more common for a woman to be a singer than a producer for some reason.
