Usually most people can get into the flow state by not worrying or dwelling on any idea or feeling while stepping on to the pitch. Sometimes you just have to play the football you know.

I've been in a flow state like 6 games this year in junior soccer as a striker playing on the worst team yet I scored 1-2 goals each game I think it's all about confidence and doing the rite things before a game so you feel prepared and know that you can play well

I like to listen to nemzz and lil tecca before games lowk, and i remember last time i was in flow state was in practice where i was playing right winger pressing for the ball (and we were scrimmaging against the 08's) and i got the ball and i wasn't thinking at all i just got the ball and was shielding for it down the line and i broke free and passed to my open teammate and got an assist

In my 4 years of soccer my only flow state was when I dribbled a winger pressing me. 1 dribble

I think i had a flow state just 1 time so let me explain: i played for a youh team in a 3 team league all 3 teams went to the next round we played eachother once on the same day 20 minutes each game game one ended 2-2 we didn't play in this one so team 1 and 3 we are 2 we went to game 2 and tied 0-0 i was challenged once (i'm a goalkeeper) i got it easyily but i worried thst whole game but game 3 we were playing team 3 whoever won won the league if we tied team 1 wins we start the game and i locked in made like 8 saves all challenged me but i just knew what to do and i just didn't even think or celebrate was like insane we tied 0-0 sadly but i took thst gsme the right way.

I got in flow state at half time it was 1-1 we were playing against one of the top 5 best teams in the league we were in 2nd the other team was in 3rd right behind us ,and we had to win because we needed to qualify to play offs and secure our spot I wasn’t having my best game at the first half but my coach trusted me to change the game up, when I was on the bench I had my head down and I was talking to myself in my head saying “I’ve came this far for a good reason” then the coach started me in the second half then out of nowhere I couldn’t feel my body all these ransoms skills I didn’t know I was doing then I did a random trívela pass between the 2 defenders then the striker caught the pass and scored the winning goal 2-1 and we won the game.

FEMI, first congrats on scoring on your past game, second my flow state was definitely playing at right-back with my best friend at center-back, we were locked in and dominating, we tied the best team of tournament 1-1 and went on to win the whole thing.
