I'm a landscaper, family owned, and I'm on the thicker side. With the hotter months, I'm sometimes working 12 to 16 hours a day, and I'm always looks for ways to keep myself fresh and clean! A few tips I've got. 1. After you shower, wait about an hour and use Certain Dry clinical protection Deodorant. I use prescription strength, and when i tell you I don't sweat from my armpits, I DONT SWEAT! I leave it on over night and then in the morning, I use a scented Deodorant for extra freshness and scent! 2. Using lotion for me always makes me sweaty and sticky when I'm working, even when I apply it the night before, so I usually only use lotion on my chest, my feet and my hands. But I do love Dr. Bonners! However it can be drying. So I usually use that as my base clean and then I use a dove bar soap or a dove body wash to add moisture so I'm not dry and don't have to apply lotion. (Keeo in mind this is only on work days. I make sure I use lotion when I'm not working. ) 3. If you are a thicker girl like me, then you know, heat and large legs don't mix well. Every night before I go to bed, I put Vaseline underneath my boobs, between my thighs and my 'girl' (not inside, literally just where the skin connects to my thighs) and in the mornings it's absorbed and I don't get a rash! I also like putting the Vaseline on the inside of my thighs at night as well! This might not help anyone or it might not work for everyone, but I hope it does! These are just what work for me!

GREAT VIDEO! I recommend exfoliating gloves. I buy them from Amazon. I use them about every 2 days with Dove bar soap. I lotion my body with Kirkland coconut oil. YES the jar with the orange top @ Costco in the cooking aisle LOL. I’m in love with Tatcha dewy face cream and Ole Henriksen eye crème. That’s my skin regimen

So enjoyed this video, I thought I was doing the best routine but I realized, nah, I need to add more layers of clean, scrubs, and better quality scents! I’m getting in the shower now with my rose water spray that I’ll bring to work!! I forgot wipes yet again!! I was surprised you didn’t show my old favorite in addition to witch hazel... baby powder scented cornstarch to put everywhere after/before moisturizer, I slap the powder everywhere to feel cool especially between thighs bc I hate sweating. Oh TFS! Love these hygiene videos. I've been using aluminum free deodorant for a few years. I highly recommend trying Schmidt aluminum free for a less expensive option and the Dove aluminum free spray. Freshness all day. I was so surprised that combo worked for me

I’ll have to give the Dove body polish a try! I love Dr Bronzer’s but I’ve been alternating between the lavender and the baby unscented. Honey Pot is the GOAT of course, I love that and the L brand wash because it has similar ingredients plus .5 oz more for less $ 🙌🏾 babyyy I was shocked to learn about the witch hazel trick but it does what needs to be done!

It would be so awesome if you could make a video for young lady. Teenage plus size young girls because some of our young ladies aren’t getting the message on how vital it is for them as plus size girls to have the best hygiene. I have given the hygiene talk to several young ladies and some of their concerns were funding for good inexpensive products. My OB/GYN says that Honey Pot also has certain chemicals in it that aren't good for down there. But, I haven't tried it.

I’ve used it but I got another one comparable with coconut oil in it but I think it has chemicals in it, too, maybe we should just use good ole watered down vinegar/witch hazel or natural washes (I mix peroxide and water to wash)

I like the honey pot and also have seen many other black owned feminine washes . If anyone feels like they shouldn't just do the wash on the biki line area and warm water down there diluted apple cider vinegar

@hola I’ve recently tried the new Summers Eve Active Spray to keep dry. It works for me and I purchased it from Walmart. It’s in a 2.0 oz spray can so it’s small enough to take with you. Depending on how much you sweat you may need to reapply. You can use it on your thighs and under your boobs too!! 👑
