I am mesmerized watching Femke run in any race but this was a real treat to see them one after the other,i feel very privileged to be able to witness one of the finest athletes ever and to understand that she has still yet to mature and peak,i would also like to applaud her team mates in the relays who run their hearts out for each other,they too understand how special Femke is.

Not only that Femke Bol has a great finishing kick but she also reacts to her nearest competitors and adjusts her speed accordingly. Bol often waits until her closest competitor runs out of breath then the turbo kicks in. Some suggest that Bol has the pace, the discipline and the intelligence to run the 800m one day.

There is one thing that really shows how much effort Femke Bol puts into each of her races - she gives 100% all the time. She may look relaxed but that is deceiving. She just has great running form so she doesn't look stressed or as if she is straining. One piece of evidence that she is giving 100% all the time is when she crosses the finish line - she leans into it and gives a last surge across the line. She does this even when there is nobody along side of her. She does it even when her closest competitor is 50 meters behind her. Unlike so many other runners who race to the line, she races past the line. 4:10 That is what shows how much she gives of herself to win.

Aside from the obvious(Femke is an insane athlete & I'm always amazed at how effortlessly she closes distance in the last 200m in these anchor legs)....it's crazy how clumsy the Belgian athlete at 2:20 seemed after the changeover. She weaved in and out of lane 1& 2 rather than just slowing down & going off the track like most athletes do then almost completely stands still in lane one after all this almost colliding with the Irish athlete.

@@QuamfyMarc If you add the split times from the Olympic mixed relay, using the two Belgian men and the two Dutch women, you get a new world record by almost two seconds, even though the USA set the world record only the day before. Doom and Sacoor ran great legs for Belgium, Klaver and Bol for the Netherlands, without even needing the rest of Europe.

McLaughlin can win only 2 races per year. Bol 25. If McLaughlin would try to run Femke Bol's schedule she would lose her speed and be hospitalized. The reality of McLaughlin: 1.) McLaughlin's coach Bob Kersee (Bob the Chemist) is well known as a doping coach, there are even testimonies against him by ex pupils 2.) Before joining mr Kersee mrs McLaughlins carreer had more or less topped out. Her PB was 52.23, 3.) After joining Kersee in 2020, 6 years into her carreer, her PB suddenly starts dropping, first to 51.46 in 2021 and then to 50.68 in 2022 4.) A typical pattern for athletes doping on PED´s is that they drop out of competition with some excuse, so that they can "microdose" in a controlled surrounding. Since she works with Kersee McLaughlin never been competing more then 6 to 7 (and often less) times a year, 5.) Typical of athletes following this strategy is also that they will drop out for this microdosing strategy during minor years, with fewer large tournaments. In 2023 (pre-Olympic year) McLaughlin suffered a loss in performance level. She tried the 400 flat. Ran mostly average times and got painfully beaten once 6.) She then dropped out due to a "minor knee injury" that somehow took more than a year to heal, for all competition for the remainder of 2023 and early 2024 7.) McLaughlin reappears after more then a year, just in time for the Olympics, clearly much more muscular and "drier" and faster then ever before. 8.) McLaughlins legs have suddenly become MUCH more muscular (even to the ridiculous), her jaw line and adams apple are more pronounced 9.) McLaughlin deliveres an UNBELIEVABLE performance, with only a few preparatory races In general, when something seems to good to be true, it IS to good to be true. 💉💉💉💉
