Your fence posts are the backbone of your electric fence system. As such, you need to ensure they are properly installed to support the high tensile wire you will be installing. End, corner, rise and dip fence posts will support the guide wire used to align the remaining line posts, so install them first. Fence posts installed with a hydraulic fence post driver are best as they are 10 times more resistant to pullouts than hand-installed posts.
