Greg Koch is a monster player. I just got a 2019 satin ice blue metallic elite strat with striped ebony fretboard, and it’s not only beautiful and well made, but I am extremely happy with the Gen4 noiseless pickups and S1 switch.

My buddy just got one last week. Fender has outdone themselves. Other than Custom Shop models this is thee best Fender production I have ever seen or heard. Great bang for the buck. 4th generation noiseless pickups are unbelievable. I want one!

I got mine in a lefty with same three tone burst, I can't say enough about the Elite, the features it offers are just tits up!!!! 4-gen pickups, are NOTHING t like the earlier 3-gen's. Actually, you just have to sit down and PLAY one for 2-3 hours, and then you will see for yourself what one is REALLY like...The Elite Fender Stratocaster, worth every penny. A quality made guitar that will last and last...

Question for compound radius, is it true that you can't set the action as low as those fretboard with uniform radius? I changed the 10 way switch and volume pot to normal 5 way switch n pot

Did you adjust the pickup height from the factory? If so can you give me an idea of their heights? My Elite sounds AMAZING, however the staggered pole on the D string seems to be slightly too close when I’m using high gain.

I believe the s1 switch changes what the 5 way switch does for instance in the neck pickup position it gives you all three pickups not just the neck pickup

Donal Callum It kinda just gives me a humbucker mode useful in certain situations. I guess if you truly hate humbucker sounds than it is a tone kill switch... the only problem I have with them is no bypass switch to turn on the neck and bridge or even all 3. I want another s-1 switch to do this. Than it's perfect.
