The jewel lights on all the Fender pedals are way too bright, like obnoxiously bright. I often have to block it with my thumb just to be able to read the dials. I don't know why Fender chose to put in a car's high beam in a guitar pedal. I wish they would tame them down

They have amps with spring reverb, which is why the pedal doesn't. They were pretty up-front about clarifying that when they introduced the pedal at namm.

Exactly. Even amps with built in spring reverb do not have dwell and tone controls like a real fender spring reverb unit.
