One of my dream basses! When my first Jazz bass (an Affinity) broke on me 3 weeks in having it, I was able to get a refund and got a Squier VM Jag Bass Special as the replacement! It wasn’t perfect, but it was a great bass that got me started. As I got older though, I’ve grown to really like the original Jaguar bass design, especially because of the parallel and series circuit, so whenever I’m able, I’d love to pick one of these!

I bought my Japanese sunburst fender jag new, in the mid 2000s... apparently you can't find the serial number in the fender database... fender sent me a mail telling me to look in the 'exotic guitars' site database...
