I enjoyed your work. When you can, get an alnico reverse wound reverse polarity middle pickup. You will be happy you made the change, because it will better match the neck and bridge pickups… and still provide those noise canceling positions, we all like. Thank you for the video! ✨

thats not how the springs are suppose to go so dumb in that set up only the centre spring takes any of the tension fender sends the guitars out the right way all springs are to go straight across like is it rocket sicence you have 5 places for springs but wait you cant fit 5 in can you cause you have it wrong lord have mercy the people doing work on these

Restoring all the parts is very satisfying, but you destroy the natural relic created by the age of the guitar itself, there is a story in every scratch, of the relic, but you make it look like new, oh man it's a shame😶😶😶

thank you for watchingi understand what you saying , but it was artificial relic , not natural. many burnt by soldering iron , terrible dirt by like fukin clay and more...i think i rescued the guitar sold as junk...

Great restoration work, keeping all original parts is awesome. Personally, I would not have refinished the body, but would have tried to steam out the dents and burn marks. But hey, that’s just a matter of taste.
