Thanks once again for a super helpful video Doug. I followed the advice in your video, and joined the Discord server, and posted a fault about my backups failing. One of the forum members advised that too many external IRs loaded onto the TMP cause the backup to Cloud to fail (circa 40?) so I simply cleared the ones I dont' use and the backup worked perfectly. Thanks again as without this video, I wouldn't have found the right place to get this issue resolved....and I had tried Fender official support route to no avail.

Doug. When I try and accept invite from fender on iPad. Safari said address invalid. Any ideas Thanks for this video. On another note. Struggling a bit to use TMP as straight audio interface. I would like to just use the instrument input and let’s say genome by two notes and return the signal to headphone or monitors Without any processing from the TMP. I’m sure it’s a simple fix . I think using usb output 3 but I’ve had little success and when I do get a signal into my laptop . The levels seem really low. Given up toooo many times now. I hope we see an update in the next month. I think 2 updates a year should be the minimum while fender grow the unit.

I'd either contact Fender Support or go to one of the Facebook groups and contact Jason Stillwell. He should be able to help you with the Discord issue. Are you saying you don't want to use the TMP for any processing, you just want to send a direct signal to the genome plug-in? Just use an empty preset. Also, go into the Global Mixer and make sure your levels are turned up.
