There were several loose parts in there and although I didn't point them all out in the video, I did remove them all!

I have one, same year. Worked great for running an ES-355 through for a British Invasion band. Other than that, just nothing. I removed the LBJ's by the way ...

noticed on the first cap in doghouse it was negtive side toward you then all rest was positive side toward you ,,, would that be the same on the 135 watt version also ,you think? trying to recap one

Mark or take a picture of the way the old ones are oriented before you remove them. Or use a volt meter to measure the polarity of the old ones before removing them( with power on). Finally, you can add also use the schematic to determine which end of each capacitor is positive or negative.

All those dull brick red coupling capacitors are CRAP. Get rid of them. Put in Orange Drops at least. Turn the bias balance control into a proper bias control and do replace that bias cap.
