This is sick. You can tell the accountants at Fender didn't tell Jack what he can't do, which is probably why Mayer left the building 10+ years ago. STEREO HARMONIC Tremolo?! Repro knobs that aren't on anything else? A new footswitch when they absolutely could've used what they already have in stock? And it's not $1k more expensive when it certainly could've been priced that way. What a cool collaboration. And holy sh!t that reverb....

@@Desertmouth Haha, in person? No. You? Anyway, I'd take this over a 500k USD Dumble any day.

@@drgonzorevival I’ve actually heard a few Dumbles in person three different ones at Carter Vintage in Nashville, and I’ve seen Kenny Wayne Shepherd live. Two of the ones at Carter Vintage sounded good but not great in my opinion, but the third one an Overdrive Deluxe (one of only three Dumble made) previously owned by Keith Urban didn’t sound good at all. Kenny Wayne Shepherd, on the hand, sounded absolutely incredible. It was probably the best guitar tone I’ve ever heard in person, but his amps were custom built for him (as Dumble did with all his clients) so maybe when they are played by someone who isn’t the original owner they just don’t sound right. I don’t know. This amp sounds amazing and even though it’s expensive it’s less expensive than the good Dumble clones and a completely different amp from a Dumble anyway.

@@charlesbolton8471I never said there is no person on the planet that ever has heard a dumble in person. But assuming everyone did is just plain stupid. Comparing a new amp that costs 3k with a dumble is even more stupid. There’s always something more expensive out there. To my ears, this amp sounds better than the mythical dumble. And it can be bought without selling a house. End of story.

So happy to see Fender keeping the tube amps alive. It's similar to the car industry where some automakers are still making manual vehicles. Some things can never be replaced. The raw sound of a tube amp being driven hard based on volume.

This seems to good to be true, could you imagine if John Fogerty had this amp during the CCR years? Wow

I love how much leeway they gave Jack in designing this amp. It's more than just a tweed or super reverb with a Jack White signature decal slapped onto it. This is pretty radical.

I come back to the guitar for the first time in 5 years (fell out of love with music for a good while) and now come back and find this magic!?! This looks amazing paired with that guitar. Finding new tones all day long! Very excited about this amp and returning to music!
