24:55 talking about little things, it looks like both wiper arms need to be adjusted down. In rest you can see they are sitting above the black part of the windshield, and the drivers side one even goes off the windshield at it's highest point, going over the rubber. That's definitely gonna destroy the wiper blade over time. Loved the video btw, I honestly love the videos with the small stuff more than the big things lol (kinda like M539 Restorations, if you know what I'm talking about)

Matt’s Keepin’ it honest. That’s what I want, not all that magic “it’s fixed!” Or worse, I used to watch a different channel that is constantly “finishing” a build and then it’s on to the next project. Unfortunately, they never really seem to finish it and you never see it again. Keep up your great work. Truly amazing!! Inspiring.

In order to avoid the garage door from opening, pull the little red handle and disengage the track and motor from the door. You’re supposed to use it in emergency/power loss but it’ll prevent the door from opening if someone accidentally hits the open button.
@mrmaddog69Күн бұрын
The carriage mech part that the release locks into could still hit the front of the hood, best bet is to kill the power to the opener.

Great video. You are 100% correct, there are hundreds of things on a car that make it completely finished. Doing a burnout and driving it fast are not necessarily proof that everything, down to the last detail works. Anyone who works on cars knows how many, tiny bits can be wrong.

See if there are PIDS for the security module. Then check for abnormal readings for all security sensors. Like door latches motion sensors. See if a door latch is showing open even if the door is closed ETC. We do this a lot with Fords. Sometimes the latches will not show symptoms obviously but will be out of spec enough to set false alarms or prevent activation
