Restoration services can really be heroes without capes, what a beautiful job done, especially on the bag. 😍 However, every good story needs a villain as well and I’m not surprised it was the carrier service. 😂 As sucky as they are, fortunately these things works themselves out most of the time.

Thank you, Gracie. It was all a learning and discovery process. And I’m glad it turned out all good in the end. The necklace is so old. I’ve bought it online probably more than 10 years ago. I hardly wear it and I just thought I gotta try harder with some of my jewelry just as much as my bags😆
