I have been wanting to buy my first luxury bag for a while now and have been doing my research over the past year and I gotta say that the fendi peekaboo is GORGEOUS!

I highly recommend the selleria Peekaboo if you like the pebbled finish of the leather, it's a bag you can actually use and it will stay new for a long time. Hi Lokie, this peekaboo started my love affair with the Fendi peekaboo line, I loved it so much that I got another Made to Order one 6 months after. I still haven’t got around to do the Video on it, trying to get it out in the next month or 2 because I’ve been really busy with work 😃 I found Fendi items easy to wear and are of amazing quality, their Selleria line is the most durable if you don’t mind the relatively soft structure😊

Thank you so much for coming by🤗🙏I recently acquired another 2 peekaboo mini which I will do the unboxing videos soon 😊 I am the same, not an impulse buyer when it comes to my bags, but this bag is an unexpected purchase, and it turned out to be my favourite 👍 according to my experience, the selleria is the best all around, and the made to order is the way to go if you are willing to wait for 6 months, and if you are happy with palladium hardware, because selleria doesn’t come with gold hardware. If you want a bag you can carry to work, the medium is perfect 👍 but if you want a more versatile size, the mini is a better choice 😊 anyway, it’s just my honest opinion after owning 2 medium and 3 minis 🤗

This was hands down THE BEST review & history of the peekaboo I’ve seen on KZbin to date. You are wonderful in communicating all the right information! My mom just bought the iconic mini version selleria in color dove gray (I think) with the snakeskin handle. It is so beautiful. So much so I’m pondering a peekaboo in my future…medium size selleria. I do have one question: what is the weight of your peekaboo empty? That will be my deciding factor between iconic medium selleria or iconic small i sseu selleria (new size). Thank you!!!

And I will definitely check out the MTO peekaboo route. I'll watch your video to get a better understanding of how it works and I don't mind waiting 6 months. Sounds like it is worth the wait! Strangely, I just stumbled on a thread in the Fendi purse forum the other day that said MTO is only reserved for exotics now. I hope that is not true. Have a wonderful week!

Hi Dorinda, the selleria made to order is very easy, it’s different from the exotic skins. You just go the the store and they’ll show you all the colors and order it with you. You can only do with the selleria peekaboo 😊

I was drooling over the x-light, but I already have 2 peekaboos in the Medium size, had to put a break on it😛 But I think the x-light is a great work bag, especially in the large size, you can even fit in your laptop,. Do you use an organiser for the inside? what colour is your peekaboo?

I have a petite peekaboo and I noticed that the metal where the clasp is started having some scratches. I don't close the clasp all the time as I like to leave it open, but not sure if that also caused the scratch in the metal part, because as I walk, maybe it keeps rubbing on the inside metal. So now, one side of that square metal hole has some scratches. Do you have any problems with scratches on the metal of the clasp?

It’s unavoidable to eventually have scratches on the metal, that’s why I don’t like shiny hardware, but I found that Fendi’s hardware is more scratch resistant than LV and Hermes. I normally close the lock on the inside and leave the outside lock open, maybe that will help 😊

@@cindysfavouritethings thanks, I think I will start doing that, but might also ask Fendi if they provide any repair services for scratched metals or if I need to ask Leather Surgeons to repair that. I never asked for repair services before…so will be a guinea pig.

I haven’t needed any repaired from Fendi, I know LV has the best after sale service, their repair is excellent and cost is really reasonable 😊

Hi Wendy, I am sooo glad we met here 🤗 I am also a big fan for the peekaboo 😊 It is so classic and low key, it’s not only collectible, but more importantly it is very much wearable as well. I have worn this one to death, and it still looks brand new😃 I think the Roman leather is the most durable, but even the Fendi’s Nappa lambskin is pretty durable comparing to the Chanel lambskin😊 I’ve only got 2 peekaboo, they are exactly the same, just in different colors. What are yours?

Thank you so much for the feedback🙏 I have noticed the sound difference when I use the Rode Video Mic Me-L, the sound is quieter, and it breaks from time to time, so I had to cut out the part with missing sound, really annoying😞 I am only new here, and am so grateful for your constructive feedback😊
