@@ronlee8203 , while the triples will have a compaction effect on a wider area, the ground pressure across all effected areas will be lower than with duals, which is lower than singles. More area of tire on the ground equals less compaction in a given area. It’s the same concept as with tracks, only instead of a long contact patch front to rear, you have a wide contact patch left to right.

Adding to Gavin's comment. The first thing you won't learn as a rookie tire employee is always cross torque,,always! That is unless you want to warp the rotors...Most often the bolt is harder than the hub, so the threads will strip in the hub first, if over torqued.

@amir63913 жыл бұрын
Engine power is not a problem, the vario transmision is problem.
@mariorembold79993 жыл бұрын
I do not think so. Because of the heavy equipment the speed of the 1050 in the field is not fast enough. As a result the drivetrain does not work efficiently. More horsepower would enable the tractor to pull faster, the vario transmission could work at its optimum and fuel consumption would drop. A Fendt tractor with the right equipment sizing works very efficient. In Mike’s case the size of the equipment is set, so we need to add extra power for smooth operations. 😊 Let’s do a 1060, that would be fun! 😎

Sometimes we would even fancy things up by putting a few tac welds along the back side of the socket to the sleeve, paint it black and no one ever knew the difference. Also we would sometimes have people ask me what company we bought the sockets from. P.S. When working around a shop where your the softest thing around always make sure of safety first and always engage your safety squints.
