It would be nice if they all worked togeher. Quad and Quantum cannot be mxed.. The fact that they dont is a serious engineering short comming.

Super cool to have serialized lighting now with that number of zones and functions. But only eliminating two wires probably won't cut that much off of install time and wire cost.. I would love to see these modules with a molded pigtail and connector + pre-made cables at various lengths direct from feniex to truely make it plug+play. If all I had to do was drill holes, mount, and pull 6-10 premade cables I could have an entire vehicle done in half a day

My safety vehicle runs on feniex- 4200, dual colour fusions, fusion 8 traffic director. And I used to love it. As a private, single vehicle owner, without corporate financing, my issue is longevity. A few of my feniex lights are suffering moisture. When I brought this up to the dealer, I was told it’s a common problem, and feniex didn’t really offer any support to them. This of course happened just after it was out of warranty. So my question is, how is feniex changing the quality? Instead of just focusing on new products.

No optics, just bare LEDs behind a featureless cover? What about 180 degree light spread?
@FeniexIndustries4 ай бұрын
The optics are built into the lenses of the V-Series. Our engineers designed it that way to save more space. Also, our 180 optics are still used in some of our LUX series.

Any plans to make Quantum 2.0 versions of the AM600, Lux-series, Q3, & Cannon? Those are currently the only products you sell that don't have Quantum 2.0 versions, & adding them to the line I think would really round things out (that & phasing out Quad & Fusion-series products given Quantum 2.0 offers so much more). Any plans for purple too? (which isn't as widely used as all the other colors the Quantum 2.0 line currently has but may still be valuable for some customers. You'd be ahead of the competition yet again if you added purple as well, since no other manufacturer offers purple as standard as far as I know (let alone usable together with 5 other colors in one light)
@mattshannon42314 ай бұрын
My question would be that by only adding 3 Leds of green per module when all other colors are getting 6 Leds per module, is the green going to be bright enough or at least compare to the brightness of the other colors? I need green to "pop"

The concept of “quad” is innovative. However, you’re taking a step backwards here. Each bar is capable of everything, you just have to “pay to play”….. aka, turn it on. Some of us don’t need super fancy gimmicky options we’ll never use. But, many of us, thinking volunteers, use our vehicles for multiple purposes, and therefore need multiple colors available versus mounting multiple lights in different colors. So to be able to do this in your most current products, you have to pay more to simply “enable” colors??? 😐😒 Like I said, it’s a step backwards. To get the top tier quint bar, even on a mini lightbar, it’s almost $200 more….. Like I said, a step backwards.
@FeniexIndustries4 ай бұрын
So what you're saying is you'd like a quad-color bar for the price of a single-color bar. That would certainly be a step backward. If you use your lights for multiple purposes, then upgrade your bar to whatever color tier you'd like. Problem solved. You're not paying for anything that you don't need and you're certainly not paying MORE for our products than you would from any of our competitors. We have remained a very cost-effective solution in spite of these innovative upgrades.
@rwo9783 ай бұрын
@@FeniexIndustries But if all the products are exactly the same, and just vary according to what "options are unlocked", that's where I'm hung up. The capital is already invested in the tangible items via the led chips and circuit boards, but just not enabled. This would be like vehicle manufacturers selling the exact same model car, at a premeire/tungsten/limited level, with everything installed, but if you want those upgraded options, you have to "pay" for them. All the money is already invested on the options, it's simply a "software" issue at this point. Instead, have your solo color bar, or solo per module (such as a standard red/blue lightbar setup), maybe even with the option of white to the front and amber to the rear, and/or STT on limited modules, and the loaded bar with everything unlocked.

@@Cris-B2216you want safe and effective, and SIGNAL ALERT is your go-to? With respect, how are the old halogen rotators handling modern vehicle electronics? Do they generate much interference? How is their longevity, compared to LED modules? You know modern lightbars are able to create much more effective warning patterns by using LED's, hey? Like, even Whelen is encouraging a move AWAY from Signal Alert, because newer patterns can be just as effective, just without the nasty harshness.

@@Blue84Stang nobody has recommended moving away from signal alert. It’s not harsh and it’s one of the most effective patterns to this day. Not sure why you’re asking about halogens. That was retarded but you probably don’t know any better.
