Fennel and oranges salad - Healthy and delicious

One of my favorite salads ever!
Easy to make and yet tasty and satisfying.
Mixing veggies and fruits is a winning combination. To add a little taste I like to put some slices of Parmigiano cheese. If you've got short time and still would like to eat something tasty, try this recipe.
Ingredients for about 4 people:
1 fennel
2 oranges
a handful of raisins
some Parmigiano slices
For the dressing:
juice of 1 orange
juice of 1 lemon
3 or 4 teaspoons of olive oil
green pepper
