I wonder if shackles can be canceled by Divine Avenger's Freedom Vow skill, that one can do some weird stuff like Thanatos Tower 1f chain doesn't get removed but FV lets the player move. Same with TTL 4f's claw bind. It also makes players in chat room movable, which was a problem if players were trying the chat room strategy for Loli Ruri in oracle to stop the knockback, FV would grant stun immunity but the knockback would work. xD I think it works vs [immobilize] so it might not work vs shackles.

Is loki will be the hero collab of sbx ? I wonder what will be his/her skills, will it be more like a necromancer ? Crit build will still be his/her greatest build or will he/she return to dagger, since loki from manwha is a dagger type assassin, even in movies loki mostly hold a dagger or death scythe

It all comes down to players’ preferences.

Preference and perseverance for that class's weaknesses. IMO they gave too much power budget in the range department and lack AOE clear, in a game where events and guilds are held in a smaller than average maps and even smaller than average corridors. Plus higher than average latency than your average PC MMORPG. I learned from OTP'ing as a tanky marksmen in League that you need % max health damage *PER* auto-attack Like Kog and Vayne to stay relevant. Or they could had just expanded from the SP Stellar hunter build that was so much fun.

@@MangaGamified I get what you’re saying, but you gotta keep in mind that every class have its weaknesses. There is no other class exit in ROM that can out damage hunter range auto atk. Hunter class have always been single target class, so giving then AoE atk is just OP

@@Login5525 Was talking to Mugen, also, that's why I had said *"Budget"* it means, they should reallocate / rearrange(like stats) the strengths from one department to another. It has a very strong strength tho, strength that's redundant, inflexible, non-independent and most of all wanted by no one in a party. Also, there's a case study that already does this -- Arms Canon; If I may, it can be balanced as a lesser occurring AC to compensate for having more range. Who still remembers the strength of Saitama? His strengths are fine by itself but parties are picky, so the one you should lecture at are picky parties.

1. Will elemental axe/dagger extract on oracle mirror bypass his default water element as if you were using an elemental arrow? 2. Can his range + cupid poring bow (range+10% when using bows) outmatch a warged stellar hunter in farming?

1. It only affect the current equip elemental arrow. Let say you’re using water dagger in oracle mirror, but you’re equipped fire arrow it will not bypass. 2. Fenrir is not meant for farming so it will never outmatch SH

Maybe it's reserved for a Lycan colab. Passive: Silver Moon: When you bit an enemy during a full moon IRL, 69% chance they'll turn into a wolf. 69 sec CD, can't be reduced except waiting for 68 secs. 😆
