had many a happy holiday in fenwick at haggs farm with my great uncle tom clayton ,beryl and herbert in the fifties

Nice little trip but didnt go across the railway line to visit the rest of the village. Maybe the train scared him..lol

Well not quite. I used to be in close proximity to trains in a previous job so it would take a bit to throw me haha In all honesty, looking at the map, over the railway is just a handful of farms and the odd house...95% of the stuff is on the side I stayed on, so not to worry

Might just be a handful of farms to you but is still part of Fenwick. Not to mention the nunnery that was built here too.
