Strategy: rest and heal cheer if HP gets low before the shell bell is ready. snarl (and again after rayquaza's first stat clear), 2x avalanche, terastalize, avalanche until your stats reset if they haven't already. 3x swords dance. avalanche to victory.
Notes: ability must be torrent because sheer force prevents snarl from debuffing.
Pros: supereffective tera type, great HP stat, excellent attack stat, decent defense stat, outspeeds rayquaza before it uses dragon dance. no weaknesses. rest heals full HP bar. snarl debuffs special attack 1 stage through shield while charging tera orb, swords dance buffs attack 2 stages. avalanche has 60 baser power (120 if rayquaza attacks the same turn), 100 accuracy, and deals supereffective (STAB when terastalized) damage. shell bell heals when attacking, an amount equal to 1/8th of damage dealt.
Cons: tera type mismatches base type, mediocre special defense stat, outsped by rayquaza after it uses dragon dance, can be confused by hurricane (21% chance)
