I have never seen this type of fermenting pot, looks great. Have you had any fails with this method of fermenting where you might have had mold? Have you tried any other methods such as mason jars? Thank you for sharing your work.

Hi Liz, Thank you for watching! I had no fails so far. I tried other methods but it’s not the same:)
