Ganadaria JAF de novo em trabalho no campo com os touros. Desta vez foram recolhidos nos currais os touros que irão estar presentes nas tradicionais touradas nas ruas da Ilha Terceira, a fim de serem devidamente desparasitados e vacinados e assim estarem nas melhores condições físicas para a nova época que se aproxima e que vai ter início a 1 de maio e terminará a 15 de outubro, com cerca de 220 eventos taurinos. É assim, todos os anos nesta Ilha Terceira, aqui no arquipélago dos Açores que se mantém esta tradição única no mundo, onde se juntam centenas de pessoas em cada evento, para assistir à corrida e ao mesmo tempo conviver com os amigos e familiares. Mais acrescento que podem ver esses eventos no canal Gabriela Cultura & Tradições. Estas touradas à corda são uma manifestação taurina popular com cerca de 400 anos na Ilha Terceira nos Açores. Fazem parte da cultura do povo Açoriano e são eventos regulamentados por lei, com regras a cumprir para o bem estar físico do animal. Milhares de turistas de todo mundo todos os anos se deslocam à Ilha para ver e mesmo participar nestes eventos populares pelas ruas.
