Ferndell is awesome. I used to go there a lot as a kid and throw rocks into the water, catch tadpoles, and get creeped out but also be fascinated by the dragonflies. As an adult, it's a great place to get stoned and just walk around and enjoy the nature away from the vast city.

I'm glad you included Ferndell. It was one of my favorite places to go when I was a kid. My brother and I used to catch crayfish under that bridge you showed (and then release them). I remember Gypsy Boots. He was what I suppose you'd call an early hippie. A fixture in the city. Didn't know he lived in Ferndell. Thanks for your mini-docs. Very enjoyable.
