Ferrari 488 Spider vs Lamborghini Huracan Spyder - Frankfurt Motor Show 2015

The lambo is a really good looking car, it sounds great when you take the revs to the limit, but having driven both (friends can't afford either) it has to be the 488 it is also a very good looking car but it definitely has more of a gut wrenching feel when you floor it and the road holding gave me much more confidence in the twisty stuff, I had to use the wipers so it was great to press the button and shelter miraculously appeared. Both great but definitely the 488 GTB for me.

what they failed to mention is why these two beasts are badass! Double clutch, and ceramic brakes. The clutch on the 458/488 is the most amazing feeling on planet Earth. Paddle shifters all day.

interesting choice of color(s), did one of them find out the others choice for the show and decide for "upmanship" by using same/similar. With prices and performance so close to each other, one's choice of car is down to personality / preferences; for me it would be the blue Italian but in orange and the green interior for contrast ;)

As a coupe I prefer the Lambo, it's better in just about every way that is important to me, but in convertible form I'd have to go for the Ferrari because if I'm going to have the top up most of the time I'm going to want it to look like a coupe so the hard top wins

Neither - McLaren 650S spider is far superior both in looks and dynamic performance, all with no scuttle shake because of the magnificent carbon tub.Once you have driven a carbon tubbed convertible nothing else will do

I'm voting for the Lamborghini Huracan. I just wish they would update themselves and get rid of most of the buttons. Leave the important ones. The seats are awesome. The tft console is really nice but they could learn a thing or two from Porsche on the consoles. Does anybody know if they have the ability to disable half the cylinders to save on gas when your traveling far. Whoever made up "People who can afford supercars are not worried about the price of gas" obviously went broke and lost their house in foreclosures? Even millionaires have to budget themselves.

Timothy Lam ur opinion but im very satisfied with my ferrari 488 gtb, its expensive, but the performance is awesome, it still sounds good for a turbo v8, and it doesnt understeer like the hurucan (i actually want to trade it for a spider version)
