+Jon Ceballos a guy in my neighborhood sold an older FXX (never, ever took it to the track and he felt someone else with the money would use it) and he is a partner at an insurance brokerage firm. The guy probably makes around $5-8mil a year, so a $2mil car isn't much to him if he has been there for about 20 years. Another couple I know own a chain of plumbing companies across Texas and they just bought a Princess 40M (princess is a yacht manufacturer and 40M is a 40 meter M class yacht) and that probably cost over $15mil.

+Jon Ceballos hekate is right, money alone isn't enough to get you on the corsa clienti programme, they want you to have spent big bucks on the rare models like enzo/f50 etc before they will even look at you to assess your chances. Ferrari try pretty hard to keep it ultra exclusive so they like making people jump through many hoops before they can reach the upper echelons

***** The MGU already does a great deal of 'brake regen', however, these cars are so fast that there's no way to get around the laws of physics. The braking system is phenomenal and even though it may appear to you that they are being used 'so heavily', they are in fact more than able to withstand that punishment as they are designed as such.

glowing brakes isnt real good. means that the brake discs are too hot and the rubber from the pads cant grab as well. AKA brake fade

Why is their braking biased toward the front?

Brakes tend to heat up based on inertia. A fwd car braking at high speed will send the weight to the front end plus there's the engine weight on the front axle too. A midship car does that too except without the engine weight.
