laferrari stands no chance on straights. less power, less power to weight ratio, less traction because of 2wd, and probably draggier too. chiron will suffer a lot in braking phase, repeating slow corners and any mid to high speed corner. i believe for a track like monza... chiron will most likely win, especially with good tires.

Bugatti is a better car but the Ferrari had a better driver
