Hello and welcome to BOAB models - today we're building the Pit crew set B in 1/20 scale from Fujimi. The kit is designed for the 2007 Ferrari F2007 driven by Kimi Raikonen and Felipe Massa. However, I am adapting it to suit the 2006 248f1 driven by Michael Schumacher.

I made my own display case many decdes ago, still doing great, probably best to have one custom made so as to fit the area you want it.

Your attention to detail is where you are at your best! Fantastic result! I think a diorama of pitlane with printed garage backdrop would do this collection justice. Wel done Thomas👍👏👏

That's a lot of work that really paid off! Congrats, Thomas! The whole set looks great alongside the car. I had a laugh last year watching the Ferrari pit crew warming up before they started practicing pit stops. They didn't seem very eager to start the day exercising.

Pit crews need to be so well coordinated now - they must have to practice a lot. Thanks for the kind words, I've still not bought a display case for these.

Please tell me what paint of name used?

The body of the figures were painted in Revell aqua - specifically karminrott matte red. The helmets were painted in Tamiya TS spray paint. I think it was Italian red. I hope that helps.
