@@michaelgakanga I love Sketch Monkey's design explanations and this was a very very beautiful and relevant redesign and as some of you guys have said it's cool retro-- But I must say I'll stick with Ferrari's interpretation as it actually looks FUTURISTIC -- but great job anyway Sketch Monkey anyway --- what I might no would love to see is this version in a smaller Ferrari -- I am wanting Ferrari to do a new DINO -- something like a Turbo v6 (F1 style engine) or a 4 Cylinder in the say 80 thousand Price Range to compete with Porsche and Corvette on Price vs Performance Value as a true 'Entry-Level ' Ferrari -- They should hire Sketch Monkey to make a 'baby' Sf90 and this could be a design language for the rear of this Car I/we just made up.. lol.

I know that probably there's a lot of reasons why these exhaust were positioned below in the rear. I know it's probably rob some space of the diffusers but... I just think they don't fit there...

In my opinion there's a "wrong" void between the diffusers, the exhausts should have been there (altough it would be similar to the 458)

The SF90 Stradale competes in the same series production flagship supercar space that the Aventador (and sooner or later rather the Aston Martin Vanquish AM9) competes. The F8 Tributo is for all intensive purposes, a 488 Pista in a more GT friendly package, its what the 488 should have been. Regardless, it's a stop gap, it's on the way out and a V6 Hybrid is replacing it next year. The La Ferrari will be replaced in 2022/2023.

I think Marouane should skip the specs of the car, I notice in some videos it takes way too much time and I end up skipping to his views on the design cuz thats what we come to see right. Unpopular opinion: The F8 Tributo has a much nicer rear end. It reminds me of the aggressive look of the 812 and the round taillights look a million times better than the oddly shaped ones on the SF90. The SF90 has the rear lifted way too much. It's too high and you can look at the inside of the rear diffuser. This gives me the impression it's not a supercar when looking at it from the rear because it's not low and sleek like the F8. Lastly, I think the rear window of the SF90 looks super weird, and the way it's not attached but placed much further to the back of the car seems not right to me. I do agree with you on the side of the cars, that's where the SF90 looks much, much better. Either way, really cool video and great redesign as always! Keep up the good work.

I like the redesign. However, I was much happier with the rear or the F8 Tributo than you. I could not deal with the rounded square tail lights of the SF90...your rounded ones would be better but what wrong with tail lights within a narrow strip that are of sufficient intensity to show up at night and while braking? I suppose there is a formula that has to be followed for minimum square inches.

From the front view, the SF90 is better than the F8. But on the side view, the F8 is perfect. On the SF90, the rear part is too massive, as if it wants to eat the cabin area.

I really like what you did with the taillights at the end. I thought that the round taillights would be essential but with the new styling direction of the SF90 the slime taillights are great. I was really hoping you would have re-interpreted the front end as well, as I feel it is the most controversial part of the car. I hope you do one for the front view sometime. Excellent! I prefer the rear of the F8 Tributo over the SF90. It reminds me of a Lotus Exige. I feel that the air intakes on either side of the pyramid should not be dismissed as no more than air intakes, but as the supporting pieces to the flipped pyramid. The SF90's rear looks too hunched over and planted. There are curves in the features of the rear, but no curves in the car's hips, compared to the F8 Tributo.

Maybe it's just me, but ever since the 458, I've prefered the greenhouse on mid engined Ferraris to be black, otherwise they look a bit... wrong, especially on the 488 GTB and the LaFerrari, the LaFerrari with a red greenhouse just looks strange

Ferrari, please bring back Pininfarina Design. I respect the SF90 but is it striking enough for a halo car? Is it a successor to the F40, F50, Enzo, LaFerrari or is it a beefed up F8 Tributo / 488 GTB / 458 Italia? I really think Italy and perhaps the world is missing Italys old design houses like Pininfarina, Vignale, Bertone, Ghia, Touring... So sad some of them couldn’t make it (Bertone) or the name is perverted to a stupid Ford trim level (Vignale, Ghia). At the Ferrari Dealership in San Diego I was blessed to see the 458 - 488 - Pista and F8 Tributo all 4 Models more or less in a row -- and I will tell you while the Pista is the most racy of the three I thought the F8 Tributo with it's larger appearance in size had THE MOST ROAD PRESENCE - I think they should have made the F8 Tributo in fact when I get into this $$$$ bracket (working on it) that is the one of the Three I would buy... ..Actually I will buy the F8 SPIDER.

Awesome video! The only thing that bothers me about the SF90 is indeed the squared tail lights. I though just rounding them up would do it, but with the tiny bar you did looks so much coherent. Also, It's sad how in 10 years and Ferrari couldn't top the gorgeous look of the 458 Italia, it just gotten worse and the F8 Tributo jusk feels like it shoudn't even exist.
