Actually no, when you buy a new ferrari from an official ferrari dealership it is written in the contract what you can and cannot do. If you're not ok with it just don't buy a ferrari, it will not be a problem for them since they have a long waiting list. The paint is not the problem tho. The problem was that he removed ferrari emblems from the car

Well it's a contract. Even you can't just buy a special edition ferrari at the dealer, there are qualifications. Ferrari thinks its car as a piece of art. Like a star chef, where if you protest about the food you'll get kicked out, ferrari does the same. If you disrespect the ferrari by messing with its paint, mods, etc, you'll get banned. There is a reason why ferrari is an exclusive and an up to notch company.
