I’m glad to be back at it also. I have big plans for it and aim to make it have zero utility bills maybe capable of off grid. Also I want to finish it out top notch and give it somewhat of a luxury finish and divide up the interior in an interesting and lovely way. I’m not sure if I have the artistic eye to make it a visual showcase of energy efficiency and aesthetics but I’m going to do my best when the time comes.
