海も大して荒れていなかった様子で快適ですね。八丈島行きは夜行便で効率が良いし、竹芝行きは船旅自体を楽しめるのが良いところです。

夜はかなり船も揺れたのですが、朝までには治まってくれて助かりました。八丈島でも滞在もとても楽しめました😸

Great trip. It's great you visited another isolated island in the ocean again. Yeah the ferry company logo is inspired from Norway's flag. Yellow colour on ship actually not rare, but when it's applied on full body like this, it become rare, and yeah most yellow ship actually using darker shade and only applied small portion on the body/Fuselage. Is that the ship skipped one island because nobody embark or disembark in there? Can't wait for another video in this island.

Thanks again for your comments. The flag of this ship actually looks a lot like the Norwegian flag, but it is actually not related to it, it represents the sea spreading out in all four directions. This time we could not stop at Mikurajima because of rough seas. This is a common occurrence on this route. Hachijojima was a wonderful island.😸

The flag of the funnel of this ship looks like the Norwegian flag, but it is actually unrelated. It represents the sea spreading out in four directions. The sea was rough at night, but it was calm in the morning. Hachijojima is a wonderful island.😸

小笠原諸島へ向けて出航したのではなく、橘丸が着岸するために場所を譲るための出航だったようです。橘丸が出航した後はまたあの場所に帰って来たと思われます😸

拝見しました､とても良かったです。 2024年10月12日～13日東京～八丈島間乗船した際八丈島入港地は｢底土港｣では無く｢八重根港｣でした。八重根港船客待合所､底土港船客待合所に比べ可成り小規模でした。底土港のカウンター形式のしっかりした観光案内所ではなく折り畳みテーブルに資料を並べたのみで簡素でしたが､女性係員の人がしっかりと対応されて居られました

マジレス失礼東海汽船の橘丸やさるびあ丸は車両甲板がないのでフェリーではなく貨客船といいます。おがさわら丸も同様です。

Speaking of the voyages to the Izu Islands, there was big news recently. Disney and Oriental Land Co., Ltd. announced last week that they will invest 2.1 billion US dollars to build a new Disney Cruise ship by 2028. It will be a sister ship to the Disney Wish. It will be based in Tokyo and will be a Cruise Vacations service operating near the waters of Japan. Destinations will likely include the Izu Islands, and the Ogasawara Islands.

I am really looking forward to the Disney cruise ship. Visiting the Izu and Ogasawara Islands on that ship will surely be a wonderful experience. There will be a lot of fun on the ship.😸
