Hi Jen! Thanks for your videos. It’s very helpful and easy to follow. Just had my FET, do I need to wait for at least 3 days before doing these particular yoga poses?

Hi Jenny, thank you. You can start the day after your transfer, just go slowly & mindfully. Everything in this sequence is perfectly safe. I do have a couple of other sequences for the 2ww as well if you’d like some variety xx
