Hello Doctor,; saw your videos, very informative, thank you so much. I am 42 years, 24 day cycle, endometrial thickness not going above 6, 5.5-5.8 usually, now opted for donor eggs, two times naturally conceived, got aborted at two months bcoz FH absent, both D&C, two IVFs with my own eggs failed. Please I will be very grateful if you suggest medicines to increase ET. In IVFs, had taken progynova 6 mg, letroz for 5 days, other injections, everything failed. Please help. Please give medicines for ET to go to 8. Thank you so much.

Ask your doc for prp they will inject this into your utreus, hope it will increase your endometrial lining inshallah
