@@jiyaksbvlogs I feel your pain ;( it has been a very long, long journey. I basically went to a korean acupunture and started getting acupuncture 2X per week, and also took herbs for about 5 months. Also, did Castro Oil Massage, significantly changed my diet and started jogging 30 mins a day. Cut down on coffee and alcohol and purchased fertility watch. And then after months of that, it just happened like a miracle. I will pray for you.

I have pcos with insulin resistence? I am on Ketogenic diet for 2 weeks. I have had unexplained reversal of 2 week pregnancies. The doctors in UK have not been helpfull at all. I have not been ovulating properly and my cycles were long. I started letrozol in last cycle and I ovulated at .66 T/C ratio as peak. Did not get pregnant. Now I am on keto? Been walking 10k steps 5 times a day, taking letrozole during this cycle. It is very hurtful to see positives in first two weeks and when I see doctors there is nothing there. My lining is too think. After 2 months of down regulation it went from 19mm to 5.8mm. I also have not had trilamilar look. Last week I had a scan down regulation and progesterone and it’s 17mm. Thank you Dr. Sklar. I was diagnosed with Asherman Syndrome about a year and half ago. I got couple procedures for removal of scar tissue after that. We tried to get pregnant since then with no success. We did an IUI 5 months ago with our fertility doctor who did a hysteroscopy. He also took a sample of my uterus tissue to check for endometritis. The result said there was suspicious of endomitritis but was not conclusive since it was only a small piece. Doctor said everything looked good tho. We did an IUI but the pregnancy didn’t not develop at 6 weeks.We had a miscarriage since we were told it was a non viable pregnancy at 6 weeks. I suspect I may have some inflammation still there due scar tissue because my period hasn’t been the same. I have light periods. Could please guide me on what to do in my case? I just started using castor oil last cycle. I did acupuncture but didn’t have any luck with the acupuncturist.

Did you do hormonal tests to check if everything is in order ?.You can try exercises or lose weight and see if your period changes .Also if you have high prolactin,you can try vitamin b6 300mg for three months .Because high prolactin causes scanty periods too .Try heat pads on your pelvic region to keep blood flowing and massages with ginger oil.

You can ask the gynaecologist to prescribe synthetic estrogen which will be given as a patch or suppository and if that is not working you can try prp ,its a procedure wherein proven to thicken endometrial lining.. hope this works out for you.
