I played this on an old color tube tv when i was a kid. The tube was broken so the screen would turn green, so it was a gamble whenever I'd pick up a weapon up/downgrade

Can someone explain why no one uses turbo controllers? They're official hardware so shouldn't they be allowed?

Turbo is banned from most speedruns. Some RPGS allow them for text box mashing, but it’s usually based on game to game. It is on official hardware however it wasn’t on stock hardware. So it’s not allowed.
