The Dorchester is just spectacular About the tea. I like mine very hot. I like being served two teapots one half full with the leaves and a silver pot with just water. The silver pot stays very hot. Then I can add to the pot with the leaves so it will continue to be hot. What a fabulous tea to have for Christmas. Wishing you and your husband a very merry Christmas and happy new year. It depends what kind of tea it is. [Excuse my tea snobbery here]. If it's a white tea or mild green tea, I prefer the temperature at 175F/80C. Something like black tea or lapsong can be boiled, no problem. 😅 But if the tea is free/a gift, I have no complaints.
