Hey Alf! Barista of 8 years here: To get better latte art from the tiny clip i saw, it may be worth frothing it more at the beginning, which is just having the wand higher up and creating more bubbles, before lowering the wand and getting the milk to spin faster and blending in the bubbles. This avoids the high pitch squel when you haven't frothed the milk enough. Then I would suggest to let the milk sit for a few seconds which let's the froth rise to the top and then swirling it back it until you can visibly see the milk looking really silky. Your actual pouring of the milk looked great! Starting higher up and moving faster before slowing down and pouring lower when actually making the art. Hopefully this helps!

Also fellow barista 👋 Was literally going to comment this exact thing! Another tip to see if your milk is latte art ready is to swirl it around in the pitcher and check it’s consistency, you want it to look like wet paint! If it’s looking like wet paint, you’re in for a good pour. I’m SO impressed with this coffee routine Alf!

2:02 have you looked into your toothpaste/mouthwash ingredients? my partner would get ulcers because of sodium lauryl sulfate/SLS in his dental products. When he switched to one’s without that, they stopped. 👍🏽

Hello Alfie, I tried for my ulcer, frankincense oil, it will heal very fast and calm the pain. Put a drop on your finger and apply on the ulcer. It is years since the ulcers never came back. Hope will work for you too. Have a nice day🙂

Ulcer: try and rub some peppermint essential oil (not a blend) rub directly on the ulcer and it works a treat, I rub it on as many times a day as I need and before I brush my teeth and it really helps xx

Best thing I have ever done to prevent ulcers/cancer sores!!!!! If I get one it doesn’t last as long or get a big one or have multiple at once!! B6, folic acid, and change toothpaste to Sensodyne.
