If the river flooded over the canal, it could cause you boat to tip as its tethered to the Towpath. I know of someone aboard their boat on Norfolk Broads years ago and they had to let out more rope out to the landing stage to stop their boat tipping over. x

By far one of the best channels on KZbin. What a simply delightful person you are. I love that you make all your own Christmas presents. I plan to make mine every year and then panic buy which bloody annoys me. I’m glad you’re touching on the subject of mental health. I’ve struggled for a long time with it, mainly lack of self esteem for me but this year I have pushed myself out of my comfort zone and ridden the whole of Great Britain on a 50cc moped to raise money for charity. Unexpected. I was staying at my sister's after heart surgery when I got a call from the CRT. Hello Ian we need to move your boat so as they can remove the willow tree which is blocking the canal and is sitting on my boat.
