How sweet is this ! I just wanted to let you know that my church held its 81st (consecutive) annual Christmas Fayre on Nov. 20th. I made 6 or 8 of 58 different items on my 5 tables. Due to you, and other generous and talented youtubers, I was able to create a varied inventory. People were blown away that paper crafting was not just about making cards only ! A lot of my projects were from your videos. The two styles of cards I did make for my tables were the Accordion Advent cards and the Expandable Z fold cards. Other than a few gift card cards, that was it. The rest of my inventory was mainly gifting items. As a result, with about 400 people in attendance (it's held in a small town of about 10 000 on a Wed. morning) I made a total of $657.00 for my church. All of my materials, time,... was also donated. THANK YOU SO MUCH !! for sharing your wonderful creativity and ingenuity to help make a difference for people in my community and to help me make it happen ! Hello Sam finally got round to making the snowman flip lid boxes. I have cut out six of them and made up the lids but when I go to put the lids on the boxes are buckling slightly should this be happening. HELP.

Can you give the measurements for the lid, as 6 5/8 square does not fit.

Those are the measurements Jackie. 6.5/8 Sq and scored at 1" & 2" on all for sides. Its the same size as the box but because the back side is cut for the flip it can side on for a snug fit. If you don't have the flip feature then the lid won't fit. If your struggling cut your card to so its just slightly bigger then 6.5/8 and score as usual 😁

@@MixedUpCraft My lid fits, but there is a slight gap at the back where it flips open. The flap doesn't come all way to the edge for some reason. I love it though, and so does my granddaughter!

I like this but are you aware that on your blog where you have the instructions you don't list all the scoring for the long side. You only have listed 2 5/8. You left out 5 1/4 and 7 7/8
