I made these last year and filled them with chocolate balls. Then I put a vinyl sentiment on the acetate and they looked like mini shadow boxes that we sold at the craft fair. They were a huge hit. I did put a pull tab and I also put a glue dot or two at the top to keep the acetate from being pushed open from the weight of the chocolate balls. Lol.I love how easy these were to make really great.

Once again, so so cute. These would be great as little gifts for Christmas dinner guests, teacher presents in any season. I can picture Easter bunnies in here too. My painting pals do "random acts of kindness" pins or charms...these would be awesome to show a little appreciation to folks who do favors for you throughout the year. Sam, this is the best, user friendly pattern for a shadow box I have seen. I am not a crafter , however I love making boxes for my gifts. Never tried making a shadow box as I felt it's difficult to make. With your method I now can make a shadow box. Sam, you always inspire me to do crafts. Thank you for being so inspirational.
