The Buzard organ company makes beautiful tuba stops! I have found they work incredibly well both for English rep and a wide variety of trumpet tunes.

Joshua Caudell it is located in the Choir division, but is available as a stop on all three manuals and the pedal division. It’s a very versatile layout!

They are called ballet teacher shoes that I sewed a strap to so that the heal was more stable. I also use a pair of jazz shoes that work quite well.
