Too sad you had a bad experience there. I usually like their ribs but their pasta and pizza are just okay. I haven't been there in a while tho.

Try Ilonggo cuisines. There are alot of Ilonggo Cuisine Restaurants in Iloilo. Not a carenderia but established restaurants in megaworld, Atria and other parts of the city.

I've got to agree, not too appetizing. I'm not a fan of fish in general, and that fish looked very slimy and undercooked, not to mention too much coating. I'll be there in November, so I'll look for another restaurant to frequent. Sorry you guys had a bad experience with dinner out. There's nothing like a home cooked meal.

sis if u dont mind pede mo ask asa mo dapit sa iloilo kay nag plan man me sa akoa husband nga dira mo puyo pero hadlok ko ba sa baha.Naa kay ma suggest nga area na dili flood risk. Salamat

Wala na mga flood these days after the Jaro floodway was constructed by the Japanese government. The floods used to be in Jaro district. Because of the floodway , new businesses have sprouted in formerly flooded areas, like in Balabago, right beside the floodway is the 48 hectares site of the new SM City Jaro, beside it is the SM Glade Residences horizontal condominiums being constructed right now. The Dongon Creek in Jaro District that used to overflow with a flood during typhoons is now being constructed with the Creekside Esplanades which will become a new tourist destination. If you want to live in Mandurriao where the new Business district is located, you might want to try looking at Westwoods subdivision, or Agustine Grove subdivision, or Savannah subdivision and many others beside it. IF I WERE YOU, it is better and faster to rent a condominium first near these subdivisions, the after settling down in ILOILO , you can start scouting around. There is a big high-end subdivision in Santa Barbara nearby, the Santa Barbara Heights by Megaworld Iloilo. In PAVIA is the Deca Homes, Lumina, Lesandra, Parc Regency subdivision which is the site of the new De La Salle University Iloilo. If you want your children to study in Ateneo de ILOILO, then your choice would be Westwoods or Augustine Grove or the Avida condominiums of Ayala.
