Definitely missed a trick there. The USB port should have been internal. You could have then charged your device, out of sight, and been much easier to move around. You could have even had a dedicated iPod stuck inside the lid

Bought it thinking it had radio and that the USB was inside. Its just sat under my bed now. Got a dewalt radio instead. Speakers aren't as good but it has radio

I just don't get this obsession with sustainers. it's one thing to use them as handy linkable boxes to store your actual related tools but when everything else starts to look like a sustainer it just gets to be weird - just waiting to see what the festool sustainer coffee maker looks like.

kind of dissappointing for the price no intergrated radio no internal usb seems like a quick money grab by festool.

Ganz ehlich, um 250,- inst kein fastool akkuslot dabei? Radio (gis) braucht keiner, aber 3-4 tage baustellen lautsprecher beim 5 er akku machen noch mehr spass. Am 5 oder 6. tag den akku (habma genuk) tauschen, perfekt. Dann darf das teil auch gerne 300 oder 350 kosten, is egal. Beim werkzeug perfekt, und beim nichtproduktiven zubehör schlampen. Der radio hat auch keinen akkuslot, die leuchte auch nicht,
