I can't get the sounds you make from the 3rd fetter from the wiki Pali 1. belief in a self (Pali: sakkāya-diṭṭhi) sah kiya ditti 2. doubt or uncertainty, especially about the Buddha's awakeness (Pali vicikicchā) witchi kicha 3. attachment to rites and rituals.
