Everything looked so delicious Phoebe. I actually gasped when you mentioned traumatic brain injury as my mom is a survivor after a terrible accident. She was in a coma and spent months in the hospital along with rehab. I can’t explain how the last 6 years has not only changed my moms life, but the lives of myself and my two sisters. We are grateful for the doctors and nurses who saved her life. It takes a special kind of person to dedicate their lives in helping others heal, and so I Thank you and appreciate you so much. 🤗❤️ Your a beautiful person inside and out.

If you hear any clicking, loud, or say medium you probably hurt your TMJ. If it becomes painful or just irritating enough sew a GI Specialist & take their suggestion. You know eating, large fork portions where you need to say Ahhhh you're going to have a lot of pain. Some patients can't eat at all. Protein shakes & MRE's I are their meals. MRE's Meals Ready to Eat is what's served in the military. Then they were horrible, now from what I hear the only thing missing is a Butler to serve the meals. But do have your jaw at least looked at. The fix 'er, you, up surgery can be daunting, painful & long in recovery. You'll never be the same & you're wayyyyyy too young to be in pain for the next 90 yrs.

You can only imagine what she’s going through, but in the next breath you know how she’s feeling. Please don’t compare your loss to someone else’s. Especially the loss of a parent to a grandparent. You're a champ, never change. Great channel. Love when women eat and dont stress with baby bites. Love salt and fresh cracked black pepper on salad... preferably cobb salad, with blue cheese dressing. You ate alot dont stress. Try Armenian, Lebanese or Persian food. Order Kebob, lule(or koobideh) falafel, saffron rice, grilled veggies , pickles, lavash(bread) and toum(garlic spread). Can also get sides of baba ganoush and or tabouli and buy a small brick of feta cheese in brine to enjoy with the spread from a local middle eastern market....or trader joes. I love middle eastern food.... And its healthy.

i had a similar problem with my jaw too Phoebe..and the doc told me I was grinding my teeth at night due to stress, so pay attention to it if it gets worse cuz a night guard can do wonders for jaw pain. I love yur mukbangs! especially chipolte lol

I'm a vegan so no meat made me really crave your food. I go to physical therapy every so often for a prob of mine. I mainly see old people 70+ or early 20's athletics. I was actually just going to comment and say it looks great but your fettuccine looks like it isn't cooked enough and then you stated that you wished the noodles were more soft. Lol Never call pasta noodles, that's offensive to us Italians. Especially that it's Sam Gennaro Festival here in Manhattan starting today lol
