It's technically even more effective to use a Dagger (left) and Mace (right) as the attack speed purely depends on your off hand weapon.

If you really wanted to be a goblin, you can get the ancient shrouded armor at any level without doing the dark brotherhood quests by getting the ritual stone, going up against the wall where the shrouded armor is locked behind, resurrecting the assassin's corpse, and then leaving the area which teleports his reanimated body next to you where you can kill him and take the armor.

It has the highest hammer DPS in the game If you have 100 smithing, but what makes it great is that even if it's flagged as enchanted, the elemental fury shout still works with it.

After 11 days of working to complete this build, I have done it. I have created my first no-crafting op character and completed this guide to a T. although after I joined the dark brotherhood I got into a brawl with Rolff stone-fist in Windhelm to level up my light armour instead of paying for it. Idk if it was worth it cuz it took 2 irl days (probably around 10 hours) of monitoring my character to make sure he didn’t die. In hindsight I probably should have gotten the thief stone to level up light armor 20% faster as well as the rested bonus. I will say however that having 100 light armor from the beginning makes everything afterwards monumentally easier.

Idk If you know this but you can glitch the ancient shrouded armor chamber. If you use the ritual stone right next to the door then run out through the front door, the body will come with you. Armor and all.

I just made an OP no crafting sniper build. (I only play on Legendary) Ancient shrouded armor + hood. Gauntlets and boots of the old gods. Ring of major archery (need lv16) from solitude shop. Necromancer amulet for casting Bound bow (highest base dmg) since lv 1 It's working pretty well, I'm level 20 with 290 HP, around 120ish armor with the lord stone (near 25% damage reduction) Got lv 80 archery in like 10 minutes using the 20mm autocannon bow trick on shadowmere. Around lv 60 sneak swapping between the necromancer amulet and the Major sneak amulet makes me pretty much undetectable. Sometimes I get hit pretty hard but never one shot, but the damage I do is absolutely insane, I took out a giant at level 1 with like 4 shots. I use ussep so no exploits or necromage.
